Her Luck Is Mine Now

EDITORIAL REVIEW / CRITIC'S TAKE

Is Her Luck Is Mine Now Worth Your Time?

“Her Luck Is Mine Now” dangles a irresistible hook: a sister who steals luck through a forbidden ritual, only for the protagonist to reclaim her fate in a spectacular public unmasking. From the first episode, the drama leans into its revenge fantasy with brisk, addictive momentum—each short installment ends on a cliffhanger that practically demands the next tap. The charity gala climax, where the sister’s fortune reverses on stage, is a satisfying payoff that short-form audiences crave, and the premise’s blend of supernatural injustice and corporate romance keeps the stakes personal and immediate.

Across forums like Reddit and MyDramaList, viewers praise the protagonist’s agency—she’s no passive victim but an architect of her own comeback—and the CEO’s unwavering support adds a swoony counterpoint. The betrayal trope is executed with gleeful melodrama, and the hidden identity of the ritual’s source fuels speculation. Yet consensus also flags pacing issues: some mid-series episodes feel like filler, and the sister’s villainy tips into cartoonish territory. Chemistry between leads is celebrated, but the romance occasionally takes a backseat to revenge set pieces. Fans appreciate the comeuppance, though a few note the ritual’s rules are conveniently vague when the plot needs them to be.

Ultimately, “Her Luck Is Mine Now” is a guilty-pleasure binge that delivers on its promise of poetic justice. It’s best suited for fans of fast-paced revenge romances who don’t mind a little narrative convenience. The satisfying villain downfall and empowering finale make it worth the coins, though rewatch value is moderate—once the luck is restored, the thrill dims. Still, for a quick, cathartic fix, this one earns its place in your queue.
