My Family Rises After Hearing My Thoughts

Is My Family Rises After Hearing My Thoughts Worth Your Time?

NetShort's "My Family Rises After Hearing My Thoughts" hooks viewers with a deliciously absurd premise: a baby reincarnated as a Phoenix Goddess who telepathically guides her family to prosperity. The early episodes waste no time establishing the stakes—Vivienne's divine daughter whispers warnings that expose Raven's black magic and a nurse's conspiracy to steal the Sterling fortune. This blend of supernatural intuition and underdog rise creates an irresistible momentum, each cliffhanger daring you to tap for the next episode. The show's genius lies in making the baby both the emotional core and the plot's engine, a twist that feels fresh even in the crowded vertical drama space.

Community discussions across Reddit and MyDramaList reveal a consensus that the drama delivers on its feel-good promise, though not without hiccups. Fans celebrate the satisfying karma payback as Raven and the corrupt nurse are publicly disgraced and arrested, with the chandelier crash reveal earning particular praise for its clever setup. Vivienne's arc from skeptical mother to fierce protector resonates, and the baby's telepathic zingers provide meme-worthy moments. However, critics note pacing issues in the middle stretch, where repetitive misunderstandings and over-the-top melodrama threaten to derail the momentum. Some viewers also wished for more agency from Vivienne, arguing she too often relies on the baby's divine interventions rather than her own wits. Still, the chemistry between mother and daughter—and the satisfying downfall of the villains—keeps most audiences engaged.

Ultimately, this is a binge-worthy confection that justifies its 30-episode run, especially for fans of underdog rise and karma payback tropes. The resolution, where the Sterling family rises stronger and lives in harmony, delivers the catharsis short-drama audiences crave. While the pacing stumbles and melodrama occasionally overshoots, the unique premise and satisfying villain takedown make it a worthy spend of coins. Best suited for viewers who enjoy supernatural family dynamics and quick, feel-good payoffs, it offers solid replay value for those who relish watching the villains get their comeuppance.
